SERVICES

High-performance coating systems

Every project starts with mechanical diamond grinding, no exceptions, then a system matched to how the space actually gets used.

Garage floors

Seamless, chemical- and impact-resistant surfaces built for vehicles, tools, and daily traffic.

Basement floors

Moisture-tolerant systems that turn storage square footage into real living space.

Patio and outdoor

UV-stable coatings that resist fading and freeze-thaw damage through every PA season.

THE DIFFERENCE IS UNDER THE FINISH

Built on the step everyone else skips.

A coating is only as reliable as the concrete beneath it. Spartic mechanically prepares every floor before the first coat goes down, creating the bond that helps a premium system last through Pennsylvania weather and everyday use.

01

Inspect the slab

We evaluate cracks, moisture concerns and surface conditions before installation begins.

02

Diamond grind

Mechanical grinding opens the concrete for strong adhesion, never a quick acid-etch shortcut.

03

Repair and detail

Cracks and vulnerable edges receive focused preparation before the coating system is applied.

04

Build the system

Industrial-grade base coat, full flake broadcast and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat finish the floor.

QUESTIONS

Answers before you call

How long does installation take?

Most residential garage floor projects are completed in a single day, depending on size and condition. Larger or commercial projects may take longer, but you always get a clear timeline before we start.

Why polyaspartic instead of epoxy?

Epoxy is rigid, so it cracks as concrete expands and contracts, and it yellows under UV. Polyaspartic is roughly four times more abrasion resistant, UV stable, moisture tolerant, and flexible through Pennsylvania freeze-thaw cycles.

Do you grind the floor first?

Yes, every surface is professionally diamond ground. Proper preparation is the foundation of a durable floor, and it is the step most often skipped by other installers.

Is the floor slippery when wet?

We offer slip-resistant textures and decorative flake systems that improve traction, making the surface safer than bare concrete even when wet.

Do I need to empty the space first?

Yes, the area must be cleared before installation. We send preparation instructions ahead of your scheduled project date.
